Profesioni\u0219tii din IT \u0219i din domeniile financiar, bancar \u0219i de asigur\u0103ri pot a\u0219tepta la salarii mult mai mari dec\u00e2t cele din sectorul textil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geografia conteaz\u0103: disparit\u0103\u021bi regionale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i \u00eemprejurimile sale:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salariul mediu \u00een Bucure\u0219ti este de 920 EUR pe lun\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acest nivel ridicat se datoreaz\u0103 concentr\u0103rii de locuri de munc\u0103 bine pl\u0103tite \u00een domenii precum IT, servicii bancare \u0219i asigur\u0103ri, precum \u0219i numeroasele locuri de munc\u0103 din sectorul public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen regiunea vecin\u0103 Ilfov, salariul mediu este de 720 EUR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regiunea Transilvania:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salariul mediu \u00een aceast\u0103 regiune este de 700 EUR, dar ajunge la 850 EUR \u00een jude\u021bul Cluj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceste salarii ridicate sunt datorate prezen\u021bei unei industrii dense \u0219i proximit\u0103\u021bii Ungariei, precum \u0219i a marilor universit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regiunile Pite\u0219ti \u0219i Constan\u021ba:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Departamentele Arge\u0219 (unde se afl\u0103 Pite\u0219ti) \u0219i Constan\u021ba aveau anterior unele dintre cele mai mari salarii, dar acum sunt \u00een mijlocul clasamentului cu un salariu mediu de 620 EUR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regiunea Moldova din Rom\u00e2nia:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istoric mai s\u0103rac\u0103, aceast\u0103 regiune vede o cre\u0219tere rapid\u0103 a salariilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salariul mediu \u00een jude\u021bele Vaslui, Vrancea, Neam\u021b \u0219i Suceava este de aproximativ 560 EUR, dar ajunge la 600 EUR \u00een Boto\u0219ani \u0219i 650-700 EUR \u00een Ia\u0219i \u0219i Gala\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sudul Rom\u00e2niei:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cu excep\u021bia Bucure\u0219tiului \u0219i a c\u00e2torva alte jude\u021be, sudul Rom\u00e2niei are salarii sub media na\u021bional\u0103, \u00een principal din cauza caracterului s\u0103u agricol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salariile variaz\u0103 \u00eentre 530 EUR \u0219i 620 EUR, \u00een func\u021bie de jude\u021b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regiunea de nord a Rom\u00e2niei:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceast\u0103 regiune este \u00een mare parte axat\u0103 pe agricultur\u0103 \u0219i are unele dintre cele mai mici salarii din \u021bar\u0103, cu un salariu mediu de aproximativ 540 EUR \u00een unele jude\u021be, dar ajung\u00e2nd la 580 EUR \u00een altele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fiscalitatea salariilor \u00een Rom\u00e2nia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Impozitarea salariilor \u00een Rom\u00e2nia se face aplic\u00e2nd un impozit unic de 16% pe baza de calcul. Pentru a determina venitul net, se scad din venitul brut contribu\u021biile obligatorii lunare, contribu\u021biile sindicale lunare \u0219i contribu\u021biile la fondul de pensii facultative (care nu pot dep\u0103\u0219i 400 de euro pe an).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru detalii despre impozitarea salariilor, pute\u021bi contacta biroul nostru contabil din Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iat\u0103 ratele contribu\u021biilor sociale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pentru contribu\u021bia de asigur\u0103ri sociale (CAS):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">31,3% pentru condi\u021bii normale de munc\u0103: 10,5% re\u021binut din salariul angajatului, 20,8% de c\u0103tre angajator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">36,3% pentru condi\u021bii de munc\u0103 speciale: 10,5% re\u021binut din salariul angajatului, 25,8% de c\u0103tre angajator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">41,3% pentru condi\u021bii de munc\u0103 excep\u021bionale: 10,5% re\u021binut din salariul angajatului, 30,8% de c\u0103tre angajator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pentru contribu\u021bia la asigur\u0103rile de s\u0103n\u0103tate (CASS):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5,5% din partea angajatului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5,2% din partea angajatorului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0,85% pentru contribu\u021bia la indemniza\u021bii \u0219i alte beneficii ale asigur\u0103rilor de s\u0103n\u0103tate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pentru contribu\u021bia la fondul de \u0219omaj:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0,5% re\u021binut din salariul angajatului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0,5% de c\u0103tre angajator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O contribu\u021bie \u00eentre 0,15-0,85% este re\u021binut\u0103 pentru asigur\u0103ri \u00eempotriva accidentelor de munc\u0103 \u0219i a bolilor profesionale, \u00een func\u021bie de nivelul de risc. \u00cen plus, angajatorul trebuie s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 o contribu\u021bie suplimentar\u0103 de 0,25% la Fondul de Garan\u021bie pentru Plata Crean\u021belor Salariale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen cele din urm\u0103, angaja\u021bii pot alege s\u0103 redirec\u021bioneze 2% din impozitul lor pe venit c\u0103tre anumite organiza\u021bii non-profit sau pentru a oferi burse private.
